We are very excited to announce that starting Monday, June 6th we will be fully open to our clients.
If you prefer an in-person appointment, please proceed inside upon arrival and to the front desk to check in. At that point, you can wait where you feel most comfortable. If you prefer to wait outside or in your car, please let a client service team member know when upon check-in.
We will continue to offer curbside service for those who would prefer to wait in their car during their pet’s appointment and drop off appointments for those that need additional flexibility. If you prefer a curbside appointment, please call the office when you arrive to let a client service team member know you are here. An assistant will come out to your car and bring your pet inside when we are ready for your appointment.
Due to limited space in our lobby, we may ask for you to wait outside or in your car if we are currently at capacity.

Masks will be OPTIONAL for clients and employees. If you would like to wear a mask and do not have one, we will provide one for you.
Due to the size of our exam rooms, we are limiting to 2 clients per appointment.
For the safety of our staff, if you have a fever of 100.3 or higher, entry into the building is not permitted.
For the safety of our staff, if you have experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms within the last 5 days or have had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 5 days to please let us know and we will provide curbside service.
