COVID-19

The team at Ballston Animal Hospital is so excited to announce that we will begin offering in-person appointments starting April 4, 2022! We will continue offering curbside service for those who would prefer to wait in their car during their pet’s appointment, and drop off appointments for those that need additional flexibility.  Please let the client service team know which type of appointment you would prefer when scheduling. 

Our lobby will remain closed to the public and our check in process will remain the same for all appointment types. When you arrive, please call the office and a staff member will come out to either bring you and your pet or just your pet in, depending on the type of appointment you are scheduled for. All technician appointments will remain as curbside appointments at this time.

Please note the following precautions:

Masks are REQUIRED to be worn at all times inside the building and when interacting with our staff. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Due to the size of our exam rooms, we are limited to 1 client/appointment inside. 

For the safety of our staff, if you have a fever of 100.3 or higher, entry into the building is not permitted.

For the safety of our staff, if you have experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms within the last 5 days or have had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 5 days to please let us know and we will provide curbside service.

Medication and Food Pick Ups:

Please give us a call ahead of time for all food and medication pickups so we have time to prepare and get your items ready for pick up. If possible, we do ask that you allow at least 24 hours for us to process and fill all prescription requests. When you arrive, please call us and we will bring your products to your car.  We can either provide a car check-out service or you can pay over the phone at the time the medication or food is requested. We want to make this process as quick and easy for you as possible.
