Refund Policy

If a service has been authorized and is already completed, we cannot offer refunds for the veterinary care your pet receives at our clinic. If a medication has been purchased and has left the hospital, anti-tampering laws make it illegal for us to accept it back and therefore we cannot issue a refund. The only exception if we fill the wrong size or type of medication. Not all health problems have a straightforward solution. Some may require a long-term management plan. Some may be more difficult to diagnose and/or may have several causes. A cure may not always be possible. Please be assured that your veterinary team will do everything they can to find the answers to your pet’s health problems.
